PIAA or Hoen? someone plz telling me i can't decide. Hoens are like 49.95 and pIAA are like 65.00

i have heard Hoen's are good, They are from Germany and germans make good stuff, so those would be the ones i would get

after much consideration i bought some Hoen xenonmatch titanium. I diecided not to get PIAA's cuase of all the reviews saying they burnout in a couple months. Hoen reviews loved them, and these have a 1 year warranty!
