i wanna hard wire my valentine1 into the back of my cd player, so when i turn my car on it turns on the radar. i was just wondering which wire u would have to connect it to and how to take the headunit out so i dont mess anything up?

 

I hope you figure it out...I am always afraid I'll leave my Escort plugged in for a weekend and kill my battery before school.

just run your wire into your fuse box into the ignition fuse. thats all it takes

 

ya i just did it, it was pretty easy it took me about 15 mins to do it.... and u cant even see the wires

 

awesome, glad to here it.....you should look into integrating your v1 into the dash, it looks slick and you'll never get caught with it...

 

its not illegal to have them in SC, but the cops here get mad though if u have it out. i have a few cop friends that can get me out of tickets if i did get pulled over
