Default Rear Sway bars

I'm looking for a solid rear anti-sway bar. I've heard H-Sport is the best, but I can't find one by itself, they all come with the front one in a package. I did manage to find this Nuespeed 22 mm and it had this warning with it. Is this really a big problem or are they just covering their own asses?

"Notes:
2 position adjustable rear bar that virtually eliminates understeer from your vehicle. However, this item is for off-highway, closed course use only and no warranty is offered with this part. Audi A4 Quattro and S4 models, especially high mileage cars, have notoriously weak rear subframes. Prolonged use of this part, even with our subframe reinforcement brackets, may result in subframe cracks. "

Default RE: Rear Sway bars

that's not BS, it's a common issue. if you use the support brackets provided by neuspeed you should be ok.
