Help me please
I just changed my stereo in my audi a4 tdi SE 1999 i also put in an amp and a bass box, however i realised that my key fob was not working anymore. I can manually lock my car but the red light does not flash anymore

Im not sure if this works with your car.. but here it goes:
To resync your key to your car, press the unlock button on the key and then manually unlock/lock the door. This should sync them up.

K-Line problem maybe?
My guess is you did not reconnect a wire somewhere. The stock radios in the Audis are all tied into the alarm systems. Did you use some sort of pre-made harness?
