i was driving and i thought i was in tiptronic mode but i was actually in D . so i shifted up on the gate to neutral, and while revving the engine, i quickly shifted it back to D.
now what im wondering is will this damage my trans b/c i was revving going from neutral to Drive...and yes the car was moving.
pisses me off b/c i always do this without realizing im in D... i already did this of a total of like 10 times...geez

Lol audi had a recall on that problem (loose nut behind the wheel)

I doubt its good for your tourque converter but I dont think it would damage it
