speaking of all this, what is the likelyhood of melting the headlight housing with HID or do they burn about the same temp as a halogen?

 

I recently installed some HID headlights on my car, but I had a dual halo around each light(projector and Brights) The only hard part was just that. The Halos. Since I have put on the new headlights I have been very glad that I did. It game me a clearer and wider on the passenger side ditch..and where I live there are Deer!These lights had saved me on more than one occassion. One thing thatI wish was easy in the adjustment on the brights. No instructionscame, but I figured it out, and still haven't adjusted them because of the huge hassle it is. Makesure you know the proper way to adjust your brights before you buy them because right now my lights are shining straight down almost haha.
