Default High Flow Cat

So I'm looking to get a high flow cat as I can't pass emissions without one and I've seen a few. Milltek has one for $1000 or the Magnaflow which I can get for about $250. So obviously price wise I prefer the Magnaflow but does anyone have experience with either? 2001 1.8T

milltek's is a grand?!? that is nuts. either get the magnaflow or a labree. they're both ~250 and will most likely give the same gains as the milltek one

I got the magnaflow on mine, its really quite good, i noticed a slight difference in the deepness of the exhaust note. No reason to buy the miltek, but i thought they used to be 799 bucks? hmmm

Check out Random Technology too - they may have one for the A4. I believe it's www.randomtech.com - something along those lines. I've seen them smog-tested on other cars, as well as dynoed, and they were only 1-2hp down on a testpipe (on a 400hp turbo car), and passed CA smog tests as well. I think they were around $300 or so.
