How to remove door panel

Hi guys I did my search and cant find it can any one help?

Is their a DIY on this I need to check my regulator I think it snaped

also where can I get one?

Which platform? If its for a B5, then pop out the platic piece inside the interior door handle, remove the screw(s?) underneath, then remove the screw on the top/front of the door. After this, the panel just pops up.
