just changed the fuel filter and now the car wont start. it cranks but wont turn over. any ideas?

i double checked the direction...i disconnected the battery for about 5-10 minutes (after)...double checked the fuse.

HELP!!!

 

Flip that bitch around and see what happens. The arrows on different model audi's are different, some go towards the motor, some towards the fuel pump.

 

How many tries did you give it? It will take up to a few tries before the fuel makes its way to the engine since you probably drained quite a bit out of the lines when disconnecting.

 

I had tried a bunch of times...but when i went to take it back apart i realized had switched the two lines that run in the back [sm=oopssign.gif]. i switched them up and after a couple cranks it started up. just proves my mantra...if i've done it once, i'll probably have to do it again.
