317 or 384 are used for the k04 upgrade. 440cc or 475 are used for the gt28rs upgrade. and im guessing 675 or higher is used for the gt3071rs upgrade.

Well if you have giac software for a N-DBW A4 with a k04 you would use 310cc injectors and fpr set at 3 bar or 2.7 if you got an adjustable fpr assuming you have the pc-16 giac file. Those injectors are called bosch red tops, 310cc, bosch part# 0280150945 or ford notorsports part # F1SE-E1A. Are you on the stock k03 or what kind of turbo do you have, that will help alot.

No benefit for you no. Injector sizing depends on your progamming. You can look at the duty cycle with the vag-com and see if the injectors are being maxed out (95-100%). Also look at maf values and see if thats maxed out (I cant remember max value but i think maybe 186, or 286?) If either of those are maxed out, which the wont be on ur set-up, it would be benifitial to upgrade injectors and maf. You have to keep the scale the same, for example if you increase injector volume by 50%, you will need to increase the suraface area of the maf by the same amount, 50%. This keeps the ecu happy
