Installed the votex rear exhaust diffuser...
Let me first say, this was a lot more work than I expected it to be.
Part Number: 8EC 071 611A 9AX
Cost: ~$250
Paint: ~$90
First you remove the old exhaust cutout. This is done by removing two screws underneath the bumper. Next the two rivets on the sides must be drilled out. Fortunately Audi forgot to install mine, so I skipped that step.

The old cover removed:

Next you must cut the lip down. I used a jig saw. Be VERY careful not to hit the metal crossbeam behind the bumper skin. It caused my jigsaw to skip out and ding my bumper paint (even through 5 layers of duct tape).

The instructions call for removing the riveted support pieces underneath. I skipped this step and used the spacers provided to create a buffer between the bumper skin and metal bar. I had a lot of trouble pushing the clips into the bumper because it's so flexible. The plastic spacers kept everything still. I attatched string to them and when I was done, pulled them out.

The new diffuser riveted on:

Screwed down:

Final product:

All in all, I think it looks much better than the factory flat black piece!
