Hi, well i have a '97 1.9tdi 110bhp A4 avant, the turbo is whiny, but recently i've had a lack of power, as if the turbo's not working, but it seems worse than just not the turbo, first time it happened was at 3.5k rpm, in 3rd gearjust once and then ok, but a week later it happened again. then the other day was on the motorway it happened again and was a bit of a struggle to stay at 70mph on a hill. Any idea's???

 

id check your lines for a boost leak first.
