Transmitters aren't too bad, but for the best sound quality you'll have to hardwire in to the RCA jacks, which increases the cost.

 

Held a call w/an install guy from Magnolia Hi Fi - a high end audio vendor here in Seattle. Total install costs, for a hardwire install, would be around $310-$350...But, it would be CD quality sound. He also said many Audio manufacturers should be coming out with Decks w/a front facing USB input in the near future, which will eliminate the BS pricing these accessories companies are putting on their adapters. That would be awesome.

and if u knew how to splice into wires couldnt u just cut off the ipod jack and plice it into rca's i don't kno if it would work just throwin ideas out there
