hi, got 2004 audi a4 18ts convertible while the engine is at normal tickover every 4/5 seconds it sortof misses a beat and while driving it loses power momanterily (just for a second) and goes back to normal, any ideas? im from the uk by the way and this is my first audi so any help from you guys would be great, thanks

 

regular maintnance should help out change the pluggs to NGK's that helped my 2003 1.8t run smoother. as well as check all the other basics if it still presists you did nothing but good by freshing up the engine

 

thanks for that the car has only 20000 miles on the clock and was serviced 3 months ago, but might give it a try

 

sounds like you are under warranty...

try spark plugs first....gl!
