my sunroof gets stuck when you open it.
anyone else get this problem. and how
did you guys fix it. i just guided it shut and
never touched it again. but thats no good.

 

The SUNROOF or the Rail system?


Chanes are its your rail system...what year is your car?

 

I never opened your sunroof....
Does it actually sound like its jaming, or getting stuck? Like does the motor sound like its straining when it stops???? If not, it could be a connection in the electrical switch that need cleaning, or it needs replaced.. That is sort of common.

 

yeah it sounds like the little motor in there is straining. (poor little thing)
so when i help it along it goes.
do i just need to take it apart and clean it out.???

Try checking the tracks first. Its better than replacing a sunroof motor.

 

add some lubricant to the rails it works wonders
