Jumpy Acceleration

So I recently had the transmission control module crap out on my 2002 A4. I had it fixed not too long ago, but before that the car was having some major stalling issues; no doubt related to the TCM. Often times when I would slow down the car would jerk forward a few times then stall. Haven't had a stall since the TCM was fixed, but the vehicle is a bit jumpy while accelerating.

Has anyone had this happen before? Is it an easy remedy? I want to way my options before taking it to the stealership.

Plugs tightened? Replaced coils 3 times on 2006 A4. That cured problem until those coils burned..........
