Tripple check all connections around the airbox, especially the maf.

Yea....do what onepoint8tee said. check your connections. I've had mine for about 2 months now and no problems. Only problem I had was setting the box level when installing. Otherwise.... I'm happy

just put my stock box back in same problem. i rev it, goes up to 1k rpms and stays there. cel and those other two lights are still on. I was able to get it back here but it wouldnt go faster than 5 mph

so now im pissed gonna cost me a fortune to have it towed to a shop that knows how to fix it

Something must be off with the connections for sure. Check again, then unplug the battery for a little to clear any codes, or start up and turn off 3 times to see if it doesnt help, usually rids the car of any codes. Also, your epc light isnt on by anychance?

did you plug all the connections back into the same spots?? im not too familiar with 1.8's maf's but on my dsm all the connections are the same size and so are the spots they connect in to, so you can plug the wrong thing into the wrong place. you said it was running good for ten minutes tho?? did you floor it?? was it pullin to what your used too??

Connectors only fit into what they are meant for. It was running great, better than normal. I will try unplugging the maf tomorrow but i doubt it will do ****. I knew i was fucked when i put the stock box back in and **** still ran that way, tho clearing the codes may fix it. I will try clearing the codes and driving to a shop so they can unfuck my cai install. Less anyone in the md area wants to come earn some money and fix it haha
