Default k04 retailers...

what up guys? new to audiforums.com. Ive been a part of www.unitedbimmer.com for a very long time. i currently drive a 1998 m3, but i have to sell it eventually due to the winter conditions where i live. depending on how much money i receive during the sale will determine how much i can spend on this a4. Right now, i am looking for a manual a4 in great condition w/ fairly low miles. my plan is to throw a k04 turbo kit on it... what are some of the main companies that come out with these kits for a4's. ive only looked at apr and neuspeed so far. i dont want to go crazy with more than 250hp+. my m3 is plenty to handle right now. what else will i need to upgrade after installing the turbo kit? how reliable are these kits from what you guys have heard or done? suggestions on a new clutch(brands/places to buy). any feed back will be sweet. Happy Holidays.

David

AWE, they are decent. Ive bought from them and purchased a ko4 just recently when they had a holiday special. WHat year a4 are you looking at?? Also has an affect on who you buy from, because i think the kit APR sells is only for b6 and up.

Just one thing to keep in mind, neuspeed isnt specific to vw and audi's like apr, giac, awe. I meen, i just never had a good experience. Just an opinion.
