If your looking for a Laser Jammer that actually works, check out Blinder X-treme @ www.usblinder.com.

There are two versions. the M-20X-Treme (two jammers/sensors) for front only and the M-40X-Treme(4 jammers/sensors) front and back. The M20x can be used on a motorcycle as well.

email if your interested i know the NW distributor

laser defuser does work.... the best product right now is the Phaser II... its a radar/defuser...... problem is a laser defuser is only legal in 6 states... and is probably gonna go down. Strangely enough, Illinois is one of them (where im from)... my cousin has 1... says its a wonder.

I highly disagree about Phazer 2 being the best laser jammer. There is no way a 1 senso/jammer system that sits on your dash is going to give you compared to a 4 senser/jammer (Blinder) that in snstalled in the front and back ofyour vehicle. Just research and you can get alot of good info on both of these items.

The jammer of which you speak is considered an "active" jammer in which it sends back a false reading. I just read that the laser jammer is legal in all states, however the radar one is legal in all but 8. Good hunting. I still can't find anything where you can tell it what speed to send back. Maybe that would be a good invention.

I think sending back a fake number to the cops gun would probably take some serious programming skills to match all the lidar guns out there.

Actually my dad had a K40 radar detector/ laser Jammer installed on his RS6 and we live in California, it was installed by a reputable and respected shop that showed us documentation it was leagal in 50 states. Radar jammers are illeagal. Be cuz the restrictions the governmene places on radar and radio waves are much more strict than the ones that they place on laser. However a very small % of cops use Laser. Most use Ka band radar guns. My dad has only encountered one cop using Laser. And the K40 system has a small black box the size of a cell phone tucked behind both your front and back bumper, so it's very indetectable even if a cop were to search the car. The Led lights to indicate a signal is being detected can be installed into your dash (looks totally stock) and the system can be turned off by a switch on top of the drivers foot well if you want. But it will turn on with the ignition. So if a cop pulls you over and suspects you have a laser jammer and pulls you over (even though it's legal), you just switch it off, and say "I think your mistaken please shoot my car again it must have been a fluke!" It's really a great system, I believe my dad payed $1300 including the custom installation.

Was it really worth $1,300? Some people spend less money defending DUIs.

It can also depend on the shape of the car & type of paint and certain chemicles used to make that colour. . . . . . . . Why do you think the stealth bombers are so stealthy?

That..... and the type of paint.

Certain chemical compounds in certain colours of paint really do make it harder to get a reading. Thats why you will always be able to fight it if you get doodled near big buildings etc etc.... Metal fences, cyclone fencing etc etc. It's not that they don't give a reading, it's just the reading is really innaccurate!
