Living in Toronto, going away for 7-8 months, tried to sellit
but no body wants it... A4 1996 Quatro 2.8 V6 204,000km LoL
People say that i should change the oil, before park it in the garage...
anybody had this problem? What should i do?

Changing the oil wont hurt, but thats not really that long for the oil to sit. Id be more concerned with the fuel. Make sure you add some fuel stabilizer to it. Disconnecting the battery would also be a good idea. Jackstands will prevent flatspots on tires. If you dont have stands i would set tire pressure to the max recomended on the side of the tire.

People put away their cars all the time for seasons...... you should be fine leaving it sit forover 6 months.

 

which fuel stabilizershould i use for A4 2.8 and how much i should put in ( 60L)... And wouldn't it be better to leave like 1- 2L of fuel in gas tank and then just mix it with fresh fuel ?
