Meh, neither colour is original... black and metallic black are bloody everywhere. Metallic black is a lazy persons black... they chose it with the hope of easier maintenance... but I think flat "brilliant" black is much nicer.

My current camaro, previous golf/trans am/corvette have all been flat black, and I liked them much better. Waxing a flat black car is VERY rewarding... metallic... not so much.
