OOPS! Never mind, i found the answer though, you don't have the module on a throttle by wire equipped car. Stupid ELSA WEB doesn't seem to care what year car you have. [:@]LOOK>

Cruise Control System, 4- and 6-Cylinder Engines

Caution

Disconnect the battery Ground (GND) strap before working on the electrical system.
Note

t
Before disconnecting the battery, determine the correct coding for the anti-theft radio.

t
Once the battery is reconnected, check and activate the vehicle's electrical equipment (radio, clock, comfort and convenience features, etc.) as outlined in this Repair Manual or the Owners Manual.

Electronically-Operated Throttle Valve

In vehicles with fuel injection, the functions of the cruise control system are controlled by the fuel injection control module.

Aside from the cruise control switch in the turn signal lever, there are no additional components.

Mechanically-Operated Throttle Valve

The cruise control, control module -J213- is located behind the airbag unit on the passenger side.

When i bought the car a couple of weeks ago the cc worked and then over night a few days ago it just stopped working completely. I think the problem is probably in the stalk, but I was reading the DIY and it said to try this first.

Yeah its probably the stalk, if thats not it its the ECM, but thats doubtfull.
You should double check the vaccum lines to make sure you don't have a leak either, if there isn't sufficient vaccum the cruise control won't work.
