Looking at a used 99 A4

Just wanting to know what to look for before I decide to buy. Common Problems and so forth.

The the car is a early 99 1.8T Quatro auto with tip. 80,000 miles.asking price is $6000

Timing belt should be done by now, control arm bushings not squeaky or torn, obvious engine leaks. Theres more but I can't think of any right now. $6000 for a 99 under 100k is actually a pretty good price.

IT DO SOUND LIKE A PRETTY GOOD DEAL,IM LOOKIN AT A 98 2.8 AWD 5 SPEED STICK WITH 106K FOR 6500,I HOPE THE TIMING HAS BEEN ALL TAKIN CARE OF CUZ I DONT HAVE 1200 TO DUMP RIGHT AWAY SO DONT WANNA SCREW MYSELF.SOUNDS LIKE A STEAL..
