Default Loss of power

Hello all! 01 a4 1.8t Chipped, exhaust, diverter, intake for performance, however it seems like i have lost a tonne of power. Slow acceleration, very little top end. Wondering if there is a leak. When the car was stock it had decent power, and after the flash was really peppy. Now not much to smile about.

Anybody seen or heard about this? Suggestions?

Tia

look for loose pipes or split, it does sound like the power was too much for one or two so could have blown them off with the pressure

scan for fault codes before you waste any time getting dirty and possibly end up with bloody knuckles. Just cuz you dont have a CEL doenst mean there arent any fault codes stored that will point you in the right direction.

The cel is not onand I know my car has one because it has come on once before. Anyways, the fuses are fine and there was one small vac hose at the front of the engine bay on the intake manifold that was broken off. Fixed and car seems to be better. Thanks for the help guys!

And yes I was wondering since this is the first German car I have owned, getting to know them is a challenge.

Thanks again
