Not to be an *** or anything David_K, but why bother? If you're going to do it, why not just upgrade the existing design of the turbo system? I mean, it'd be one thing if there was a huge performance difference. The entire intake system is desinged incorporating a closed turbo system, why try and change it?

 

B/c the kid probably has the boost controller sitting in his hand right now. and a $400 chip sounds real dissapointing when your holding a $125 boost controller. i mean ,yeah, i would definatley go chip if i hadnt of tubbed the stock turbo system. but he wanted an answer and i gave it to him. It might not be legit, but his boost controller will give him horsepower. BTW your not an *** your opinion is highly valued by me and 95% of everybody else. so dont worry about it.
