What are you using a mbc for if you just have a chip?

very strange why you are limited to such low psi... check for fault codes and go back to the stock n75 to see what happens with it. Do a TBA as well if you are DBW... I think some late model 99's are DBW, not positive on that though.

what is dbw. and tba? i switched back to the stock n75 it is the same the stock n75c. I put a audi tt n75h .never spikes over 15. and holds 12-14 most of the time and tappers off at3800rpm. Im think of upgrading to a awe ko4 with gica softwear

DBW= drive by wire... no direct physical linkage between pedal and throttle body
TBA= throttle body adjustment

I dont know why you guys mess with the n75 or add mbc. APR doesnt do it, GIAC doesnt do it, REVO doesnt do it, they don't tell you to. Leave those things the way they are, it will only be problems

ECS (apr dealer) sells them and lists what engines it is compatible with fool! The giac dealer i got chipped at sells them and the owner has a J valve in his a4. Some people have problems with them, but it is on a case by case basis. I agree that a mbc isnt really needed for anything other than a BT setup.
