Movin on up, just got me an S4
so are you gonna but your 12v back to stock to sell it? and congrats, you give us fellow 12v'ers a hope and glimmer of a better future (since the S4 is what I want as my next car)
not worth the hassle for me to take everything off the car. I'll most likely be keeping the wheels (unless the buyer wants to pay me extra for them), but everything else will stay on the vehicle. I did a write up on how to do the LEDs a while back just search for LED fog lights. Total cost is like $50. So now I have two 12v b5s and as of tomorrow a b5 s4. I need to get rid of the other cars ASAP!!

selling the A4 and saving that money for repairs and such on the new car.
Didnt waterproof the LEDs, and havent had any problems with them, so you might not have to. Maybe just silicone up the ends to play it safe. How are you going with your installation with those?

when i washed my car for the first time with the new lights, there was some "dew" on the inside like on really cheap headlight. so i was scared to turn on my lights for a while. but a really good mod for $50.
i taped up the ends a lot and then put epoxy over that and any exposed parts of the lights. i tapped them into my headlights so they turn on with my headlights and that was really important and looks stock which i like.
thanks again for the help
