Very nice car, I was thinking you had much more than that into it. I've honestly never seen Corbeau Racing Seats in a Muscle Car before... Interesting approach.

My immediate family is the furthest thing from a car family (My extended family... Now that's a MUCH different story). However, ever since I was in diapers, I had a fascination with cars, I couldn't fall asleep unless I had my toy cars, I would pass the time all day by looking at car advertisements and making "vroom" noises. So over the past few years I've been learning more and more, and I'm finally where I've wanted to be for years... Have a sexy daily driver, and a monster or two (The Type-R Hatch, and the Laser). I think the greatest thing that could possibly happen to me in the years to come, is have a son (or daughter) that is as much into cars as I am... That's what I'm hoping for.

Knowing my luck I'll have a son that will turn out to be into... Interpretive Dance or something.

haha yes. im only 18. but when i do have children. imgoing to train them at age 2 how to drive manual. get them GIAC chips for their BDAYS, and for X-Mas, full exhausts, body parts, wheels, etc.

Zedex: when are you gonna debadge!!?

Well I'm only 18 as well... But for some reason I've always wanted a family, so I think about it quite a bit... Not trying to rush into it though, that's far too expensive.

As for the De-Badging... NEVER BOYEE!

yea i took those out of my jeep and put them in there. Hence the reason they are yellow. Im getting them recovered in color matched leather though. That the beautiful thing about muscle cars. You can get a yer no one really likes for chep (like a 73) and make it really quick and good looking for relativly cheap. (in comparison to say, an audi) And i thought i was the only 18 year old on here!

I'm not painting my lowers, until I collect the rest of my S4 lower conversion... Wow, if I were only spending that money on the Civic... Can you saaaaaaay 10s.

And that's a good thing you consider $31,000 CHEAP, wish I was in the same boat. Haha

The ultimate go fast for cheap car, are DSMs. I had a 1991 Plymouth Laser FWD Automatic... Yeap, piece of crap, right? Well, $800 in transmission work, 3,500 stall torque converter, SPEARCO FMIC, 750cc Injectors, GM MAF-T, Aeromotive FPR, a few informative gauges and an S-AFC. Running 23psi on stock Turbocharger, pulling 11 second passes, for just a shade over $2,000. DSMs are amazing, stock 4G63 engine can handle 40psi... 40PSI! With only ARP Head Studs, a Mitsubishi or Cometic 4-Layer Headgasket, and some HKS 272-264 Camshafts. Unfortunately, they love attention... And I got tired of working on the car every day, so I parted her out and made my money back plus $500. Got to love a good investment.

well mine wasnt cheap. But you can get a later model nova for like 2000 with a rebuilt 350, spend 35o on a nitrous kit and about 2000 on a blower, and me pulling 12's maybe even 11s if you set it up right and gut it. That laser must have been insane. I wish i had a car that could pull 11s

Would have sold it to you for $2,500. And it was no wheres near as insane as the other DSMs in my town... Most of them are running 9s on stock body and stock motor.

Here's some media of the Laser...

Annnnnd here are two videos of her running.

Running the Laser first night we had her together... "I couldn't hold the Camera still..."

Ricer fly by... SQUEEEEP!

Haha, I'm going to miss the car... I'm planning on rebuilding another FWD Automatic DSM sometime soon. I miss my ugly fast car.
