Need Audi mechanic in North Hollywood

I'm looking for a good Audi mechanic in the North Hollywood/Toluca lake area (around universal studios). I need to get a used car checked out. Also looking for a body shop to service the same (rear bumper has a parking dent).
Here are the specs:
97 A4 2.8, 57k miles, for 9k
Is this a good deal?
