Default Need a new clutch soon, LW flywheel? AWE or Southbend?

My clutch is slowly starting to lose it's grip, and it's time for me to be pricing out a new clutch/flywheel.

I deffinetly want a clutch stronger than OEM. I will be leaving my car stock for a while, but eventually I wish to go at least chipped, hopefully K04-p16'd. I want a clutch that will withstand hard launches (I'll be auto-x'ing at least once a month, and going to the strip [for fun] with friends a lot). I don't want it to be annoying trying to drive around town though.

So, my choices that I've found so far are:

A)
Southbend OFE Stage 4: $585
Fidanza 10lbs flywheel: $410
Total: just under $1k
or
B)
AWE Stage 2 kit w/ 12lbs flywheel: $1k

Are these my best options?

When I searched about this, I read that the LWFW's cause chattering, will both of those options do that? Is it really noticable?

Will these handle stock power, and then still good up to the K04's power under hard launches?

Is replacing the clutch something I could DIY with some jackstands, tools, and a DIY guide off the internet (or if I must, a Bentley manual, it'd still be cheaper than getting it installed locally)?

Any advice or comments is welcome, thanks!
Kyle

Are you happy with that setup? I'm guessing it's a lot stronger than the stock A4 setup, how does it compare to the others?

i had a spec stage 3+ with a lwfw and loved it. got chatter only once every few months. and i could launch it like a **** and it wouldnt slip. or i would let it slip a bit before i would launch to build up boost but once i had the pedal all the way out the car would take off with out any problems
