New Bilstein Sport Struts/Shocks, but rear is real bouncy
Had correct struts/shocks installed along with front & rear strut bearing and bushing accessories. Audi dealer installed them.
Front suspension is stiff, solid, but rear bounces easily. When I press rear down it goes down easy, bounces up easy, not stiff like the front. Driving highway speed it feels like an Olds, real bouncy.
I noticed yellow rubber bushing like, also metal piece between yellow and black (upper) rubber stop. Can you look and see if anything working with pics?

Don't think yellow bump stop belong there. There is a small black bump stop above the yellow one, separated by metal ring. Another metal ring below the yellow bump stop.

another reason why you always do your own work.
you dont know what those idiots did to your car.
if you jack up your own car atleast you know what you did
and can correct it with the right help.

The Bilstein dampers/shocks should have their own bumpstops.
Or, are you using OEM rear dampers with aftermarket springs.
If the parts are correct, and you have adjustable compression and rebound damping, have you tried adjusting those?
Too much rebound damping (results in quick return after compression) could cause a bouncy feel.
To much compression damping won't allow the spring to compress quickly enough thus not absorbing the bump.
Does your system have those adjustments?
