sorry for causeing all the troble just trying to do what i want and i appreciate all the real help so if i go and get a spring with a lesser spring rate it will work can you explain to me how that works thanks

lesser spring rate means the BOV opens fuller with less boost.

bingo, he got it, keep the old spring in case you go up in boost and you can't adjust it enough. let us know how it works for ya if you stick with it.

if your planning on going bigger turbo and are planning on running more than 18 psi then i would suggest a BOV
