Nitrous Option
I was wondering if someone could answer some questions I have about my 1998 Audi A4 2.8 Quattro. I want to put a 75 shot wet nitrous system on my car. I know its a dangerous option but with the right fuel delivery and cooling it can be done safely. So my question: What can I do to prepare my vehicle to sustain a nitrous kit safely? I would not use it often. Just once in a while I suppose. My car also has 110K miles on the clock which is very high, so would nitrous be a dumbass thing to do in the first place? I know Zex has a wet kit that would shut of the nitrous supply when the mixture becomes too lean or rich. Would water injection help with cooling the intake charge enough to keep from frying a piston or something else catostrophic? Thanks for the help.
