The only problem your gonna run into on a 2.8L 30V, (not 12V) is that its athrottle by wire design. The NOS fogger system uses a micro switch that you mount to the throttle body thats activated by the cable when at WOT. So you're either gonna have to change the switch to a button on the steering wheel (GAY) or you can get a VENOM kit which has a control module activated switch, you just have to wire the throttle signal into the module and it does it for you.
I've seen a trigger button set up on the floor in other cars too - it gets hit by the gas pedal at full throttle. That could work, provided you have some way of keeping it from spraying below 3500-4k RPM.
