is the sealant clear?

 

i got mine from ebay for like 140-150 i think and they look sweet and work good...

 

ok sooooo 96audia4 turned me on to these http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...364&rd=1,1has anyone bought these? if so good or bad? i think theyre pretty sweet lookin. just get the harness from ecstuning.com right?

 

harness for what??? just buy those headlights and put them on... simple....i think, i know wheni switched from 2 piece to 1 piece on my 96 i didnt need to buy any harness or anything like that..

 

don't buy fake ecodes... I did and i regret it. save for a few more weeks and get the real deals... you'll end up buying them eventually anyway.

 

Question, im having problems with my one pieces. The light pattern on each headlight literally looks like this __/. on each headlight, WIEEEERD!. I have gotten 2 pairs and they are both like this, does anybody had a solution to what it can be, can i adjust it or are they just royally f'd up. Also i can still get my money back, and get a different pair, but can anybody recoment a good pair. I rather keep these and try and figure out a solution because they loook nice and they were cheap.

Those look off....? Is it just me, or does the low beam and high beam look like it can come out of the housings?

 

the reason it looks like ___/ is so they dont blind other drivers but light up the street signs on the side of the road (USA). I have ecodes w/ HID's and they look like \___ so they blind people even more... I did notice that the ebay crap lights lookmore like___/ than __/---. in other words the light is supposed to level off after the increase but with cheapo ebay ones they don't but OEM do...

 

thats a picture of OEM e-code. don't let this seller fool you. there's no way he's sending you that light. I almost got tricked and emailed him to make sure it was the exact one from the picture and he was like "yeah i think so or something really similiar" I told him if it wasnt the exact one I was sending them back and filing a claim through ebay and paypal to get ALL of my money back (shipping etc.). and he was like well then do you want to cancel your order and so I did, saved a few weeks and got teh ecodes that I wanted originally...
