Oil in the coilpack

Default Oil in the coilpack

I pulled my cyl CP and i saw that there was oil in the tube but none in where the spark plug is, i was wondering if they oil can come through or maybe some got in the tube then i was doing my last Oil change

you need a valve cover gasket kit.

+1 there are seals that go around where the cam cover meets the head at each spark plug. That would be the culprit

if the cam cover was bad you would have oil all down the back end of the engine and all along the tranny. But if you do change the valve cover you might aswell change that while your in there.

Cam cover, valve cover, Its the same hunk of aluminum. the seals that are for the spark plug holes thought the "cover"seem to be leaking.

not really the "same thing"

also there is a separate gasket over the spark plugs. Thats no where near the cam gasket

Thanks for the Reply guys, i alraedy knew that the seals are leaking, i am slowly losing oil, about a quart every 4k miles. Its all getting done when i get the TB replaced im doing the ECS ultimate Kit and having it done professionally. Thanks for the responces and for understanding my gibberish of a post.
