does anyone have an idea how to install an electric oil pressure gauge. Im pretty sure i will need to get a T off of teh oil filter housing by the sending unit but not sure what kind. Just wondering if anyone new before I take it all apart.

y oil filter housing? i would to somewhere on on the way to turbo it’s bolt in.

just wondering y do u need oil pressure? most of the time ppl do oil temp not pressure, and audi oil pressure sensor very sensitive and if pressure goes down at least a little you’ll get a warning light…

 

Well the light did come on and then i checked it with a test gauge and it was fine. I would rather spend the money to buy a gauge then blow my motor because of a sensor that could potentialy go bad. thats all. And location because that is where the sensor is. figured audi put it in that location for a reason
