Painted Calipers
tons of people have those stickers on their calipers.. and they havent fallen off yet.. the caliper dosent get nearly as hot as the rotor
and they sell brush on caliper paints, so you dont have to tape everything off, or remove them

Brushed on duplicolor kit, stickers from http://www.xenonmods.com/- 3 years and still looks like new.
Spraying is a waste of time since the caliper surface is not smooth anyways...

pepboys, checker, kragen etc. all usually sell a caliper painting kit for fairly cheap. It's real easy to do. also you can get the decal kits on ebay for a few bucks and just use those as a stencil. or just paint the spot you want to put the decals on black, let it dry, apply the decal, paint red over all of it, let that dry and carefully remove the decal with an exacto knife.
