I got a 1995 2.6 a4, I want to get some mods, mainly suspension, exhaust and possibly chip. Looking around, there isn't much choice for the 2.6, so I'm finding it hard to decide on what to get!!

I have already got a set of 19" RS6 wheels and was wondering if I drop the car will the wheels scrub, it only really needs to be dropped 40mm but I'm not sure of which kit to get.

The exhaust is the hardest to get hold of, cos i think that the sound of the v6 through a decent system would sound wkd but its so hard to find a decent make that I know will sound good. Unfortunately milltek don't do a system for the 2.6.

Any advice would be appreciated.

way too many topics bout this. if u want to mod ur car dump the v6 and go with a 1.8T or else its not even really worth the money spent. if ur deadset on ur car go with a custom exhaust.

probably the UK cuz we dont have them here

and as far as performance your pretty much screwed, no chip, no exhaust(unless you do custom), suspension is about the only thing you can do, lol

hey i have a 96, 2.6 and have put in a k&n air filter... little performance increase but sounds very mean. also looking for a chip but dont know where to get one from. also i find i get better performance on premuim 98
