Phatnoise Phatbox and Sat Radio in 2006 A4?

I just got my new 2006 a4. It has the satelite radio. I also have a phatnoise phatbox from last audi. Will these work together? How tough is installation, I know in my old audi I had to run a CD changer harness from the trunk, which was expensive, both for the harness and its installation. If i could avoid that that would be great.

I think they will work together but it will still have to have some rewiring
