pollen filter

does anyone know where the pollen filter is on an audi a4? 1997 1.8, thanks rich

I'm not sure about your year since I have a 2001, but mine is located on the front right near the battery.
You can gain access by taking off the plastic cover under the wipers.

Above should be correct. Remove the plastic covers over the battery, brake fluid reservoir, etc. Filter is on the pass side.
