On a 3.0L a4 wud a neuspeed or borla sound better ??(wen i mean better for my liking i mean louder)

I got one question tho with tha above link for neuspeed how come the exhaust comes from a true dual then turns into a single an then a dual agan if u put tha parts togetther?? sound, HP?
