that is your fog, if you look at the center of your dash there should be 3 slots, one looks like fogs, the other is fog looking and the third is probably blank, the second is rear brake light

are you sure those are drl's and not really city lights? did you do a car fax on the car? did you buy it from a dealer or private individual?

 

No, its not the fog. I guess it's the parking light. The right one goes on when I depress the brake.
Does anyone know where the ground is for the lights? Thanks.
