if you have the 1.8t, just spend a couple hundred on the speedtuning ecu flash, and you'll have enough get up and go to keep you happy for a little while.

 

nooo i ment i can afford one but i just cant afford a brend new one i am thinking of getting like a 06 or 05 or something.

Hi all in my first post!

I have a question: Doesn't the quattro include the ESP per se (with all the electronic marvels like EBD; ASR;EDL; ABS and BLT? ...) or is quattro just the AWD system and the other stuff comes in newer models? By reading my owners manual I perceive that all the goodies are part of the quattro system.

ummmm your question is as good as mine? i duh no

 

quattro is an AWD all the time system. esp is for front wheel drive cars. different things

 

the 01 ecu doesn't need to have a chip soldered on, just a computer program put on it. actually musiclman cars with quattro also has esp.

Well I'm new to Audis but my car is a quattro and it is equipped with ESP and all the other acronyms also (except the BLT). Those electronic aids do not come as separate packages as I can not see them in the "build your car" section of Audi's webpage.
