Default Question about front pass side window button

Is the front passenger side window button supposed to click all the way down and stay in that position? It works ok but so many people get in my car and click it all the way down instead of doing the second click which is the auto down. When its hit all the way down nothing happens

You mean the button sticks in the down position and doesn't pop back up? That isn't right. It should work like all the other buttons. One click down to lower window, two clicks to auto-lower window, and when you release, button pops back up.
