question about rubbing issues
My front rubs when turning slowly or when going onto a driveway and my rear rubs when i hit bumps and dips.
Would you guys recommend rolling the front fender and ajusting the rear camber when rubbing or should I just change my suspension to sport springs instead of race? TIA |
RE: question about rubbing issues
is it rubbing on the inside or of the out side fender

RE: question about rubbing issues
wow, tuckin 20's on the avant.
i think fender rolling will be the best option. dont adjust the rear camber out of spec.;) nice ride btw |
RE: question about rubbing issues
Its the inside cause when i jacked it up, i felt the inside liner getting ripped up.

RE: question about rubbing issues
i duno about the cambering you might just mess up your tires
|
RE: question about rubbing issues
well i know if i adjust the rear camber it'll unevenly wear the tires which is something i don't really wanna do but if it helps in the rubbing issue then i'll consider it.
thanks for the props. |
RE: question about rubbing issues
what should i do about the back then?? should i just take out the liner and hope thats the extent of the rubbing?
|
RE: question about rubbing issues
i would recommend that as a start. check the liner when you take the wheel off and look to see what area it is rubbing against
|
RE: question about rubbing issues
nice! i'll try that this weekend and see what happens...thanks!

RE: question about rubbing issues
I have a B6 4 door and you cant rool the fenders in it because there is no lip to rool.
I am not sure if yours is the same. Try to cut or take out fender liner. |
