Is there any easy way to remove the governor? How can i make the 3.0 faster from 0-60?

a chip will remove th espeed limiter adn you could do exhaust

ya i can ..lol... whne you chip your car it removes the Governments speed governor on the car

 

For the normally aspirated car, there isn't much in the "affordable" range to get large increases in HP. The usual would be a low restriction exhaust, which would give you the most for your money.

A cold air intrake might get you a few more HP.
Removing the governer isn't going to make your 0-60 any faster.
