The reason you didnt find anything is because its called an ECU, or ECM. A CPU looks like this:

What year is that in the link? I removed mine a few days back and it wasn't like that.
Mine had a black plastic case withfive (I think) 8mm screws. 4 are exposed and easy to get out, and the fifth I blindly put a rachet on. After I slid the cover out, I took the metal strap off that's in those pics, and I didn't have a sleeve to take it out of. So I disconnected it and sent it off. No "security" screws. The closest thing to "security" was torx heads on the screws that hold the actual mother board to the ECU case. Also, didn't have to remove the wiper arm.
