Replace 2003 Bose head unit/add aux input
 

My dad wants to either replace the Bose head unit in his car or get some aux input for his MP3 player. I saw this one on ebay

Also, he went to best buy and they ordered him a head unit (Alpine 9856) but from what I have read on these forums, you have to rewire the entire car to bypass the bose amplifiers (which to me would mean you would get crappier sound quality)
