Replace Headlight Bulbs on 2002 A4
i cant figure out how to replace the headlight bulbs on my 2002 audi a4. looks soo cramped in there i cant stick my hand in anywhere. i have HIDs for it, but i just cant figure out how to change out the ******* bulb. help me.
Yeah I was trying to figure out how to do it. You gotta remove the whole headlight or else you can't get to the bulb at all. This requires removing 4 torx screws (torx bit 30) and removing the headlight. Then remove the cover and then change the bulb. It took me a couple minutes to change them and put them back.
Then you have to re-align your lights so that the line up. I will try to find pictures for you.

bentframe how did you remove the orange covering on the right and left signal light unit? Do you have to just replace it with a new one, or you can actually remove that orange casing LoL im such a n00b. let me know thanks.

donm3ga: The steps are similar to the instructions shown here: http://www.kolumbus.fi/jouni.auer/pr...xenonplus.html. There are a few things different but the screws are in the same exact places.
